It's convenient for you, fitting to your schedule and budget. Taking the gym out of the equation will add variety, efficiency, imagination and enjoyment to your bespoke exercise programs. You'll receive expert nutritional & dietary guidance and you'll have support and motivation from me, a highly qualified & experienced professional. If you live in Westport, Louisburgh or Castlebar then this is the service for you. Whether you have access to a fully equipped home gym, an outdoor space or no more than a small area for us to utilize at your home: together we can formulate an ideal approach for you to achieve your goals.

The Right Approach

We lead with nutrition. We'll take a meticulous look at the way your currently eat and form an approach that will put your goals within reach. I am an advocate of paleo/primal approach. In my professional and personal experience there is no place for a diet that approves processed grains and overlooks dietary fat. The "modern" diet is wrong, plain and simple. I look to ancient human anthrapology and biological evolution for guidance. A diet built around vegetables, fruits, first class proteins and top quality fats (and lots of them) will bring your health and fitness to a level you never thought possible.

Individual programs that suit you and your goals

We'll set, monitor and progress you through your plan on a session by session basis and make sure you continue to improve and achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improving your energy levels and fitness or making big improvements at your favourite sport . No matter what your age, fitness level or history of exercise, there's an approach that will work for you.

Times that suit you

Your schedule is what matters. You can set your workout times when it suits you, mornings, afternoons or evenings, whenever works the best for you. No long journeys to and from the gym, no wasted time waiting for machines to be available. Your sessions last for 40 minutes, a time that is optimal for achieving your goals and avoiding burnout.

You'll have me, a highly qualified and experienced trainer with a formidable knowledge of exercise, nutrition and motivational techniques to help you achieve your optimum health, fitness and well-being. You'll lift weights, you'll try kickboxing, kettlebell & circuit training. We'll analyze what and how you eat and build a diet that works and evolves with you. Variety and challenge will become the watchwords of how you exercise. You'll run, sprint, lift, power and jump your way to a fitter future.

All programs are expertly designed to be specific to your needs and they will change with your abilities. As you get fitter & stronger, your workouts will evolve to reflect that. If you would prefer to work with a partner or two,  I also offer group sessions for up to 4 people.
